History
Stannards Accountants and Advisors is a progressive firm of accountants which has been established since 1946.
Based in South Yarra, Victoria, our practice comprises 5 partners and approximately 40 staff. We service all states of Australia and as required, all international destinations.
Stannards provide a combination of audit, accounting, taxation and consulting services commensurate to our clients needs.

- All staff are required to value learning from experiences and effort. We encourage questions and understand people may occasionally make errors, but we do not tolerate staff not trying.

- Staff development is a key driver for firm improvement. Those wanting further skills training must commit themselves and not be flippant about the process. We intend conducting "soft skills" training in due course to supplement the significant investment in "technical" training that we have made.
- We will improve the dynamics of staff feedback with specific reviews of job performance on large assignments when completed.
